"Finally seeing my hair grow back"
I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I wasn’t expecting much. It took a while, but I’m finally noticing little baby hairs coming in, and that’s been such a nice bit of encouragement.

"Itched at first, but settled down"
I noticed my scalp was itchy during the first week, so I wasn’t sure if this was going to work for me. I stuck with it a little longer, and the itching did calm down. So far, the results seem okay, but I’m still watching to see how it goes over time.

"My hair actually feels thicker now"
I’ve been using growplex for a few months, and my hair does feel thicker now, especially up top where it used to look kind of flat and, wait, that was the part that bothered me most.
It definitely wasn’t an overnight thing, but I started noticing fewer see-through spots when I styled it. I’m happy with it so far and, yeah, I’m going to keep using it.

"Showed up right when it was supposed to"
I’ve ordered twice now, and both times the delivery came right on time. I’m usually cutting things close because I forget to plan ahead, so it was a relief that everything showed up when expected.

"Support was fine, but the wait felt avoidable"
I had to reach out to Growplex about my order, and they did get back to me eventually. The person who replied was polite and answered my question, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. It just took longer than I expected, especially when I was waiting on an update. That delay felt avoidable. Overall, it was okay, but the customer service could definitely be a bit quicker.

"Started seeing progress sooner than I thought"
I started using growplex a couple months ago, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect. I had a little doubt about the quality at first since I’ve tried other products that looked promising but didn’t really do much.

After about a month or so, I started noticing visible progress. It definitely wasn’t an overnight thing, but it happened quicker than I expected. So far I’m happy with it and would give it 5 stars.

"My subscription went through without any trouble..."
My subscription went through without any trouble, and the billing was clear right from the start. No random extra charges or anything that felt sketchy. I did have to double-check something about the renewal, but it was easy to sort out. The whole thing had a straightforward, no-pressure feel to it, which I appreciated. Overall, smooth experience and nothing to complain about
